Sōlmere Studios was born from something I’ve always believed about photography: light is always changing, and beauty is often found in the little things we might otherwise miss.
For me, photography is about creating space for you to simply be. I want your photographs to feel like you, natural, honest, and full of the moments that actually mattered.
I’ll gently guide you when you need it, help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and then step back when the real moments begin to unfold. I’m always looking for the quiet in between moments, the little gestures, the way you look at each other, and everything that makes your story yours.
Whether I’m photographing a wedding day, a lifestyle session or bringing an editorial idea to life, my approach stays the same. I’m present, intentional, and completely invested in telling your story beautifully.

I think choosing a photographer is about more than finding someone whose work you like. It’s about finding someone you trust to notice the things that matter to you.
At Sōlmere, I don’t want you to feel like you have to perform for the camera. I’ll guide you when you need it, help you find beautiful light, and give you enough direction to feel comfortable. But once you settle in, I step back and let things happen. That’s usually when the photographs I love most begin to appear.
I’m an observer at heart. I notice the small things. A quiet glance. A hand reaching for another. The way someone laughs when they forget the camera is there. The movement, the imperfections, the in between moments that make a story feel real.
I also believe in taking the time to care for every photograph. I don’t believe in simply processing a gallery and moving on. Each image is individually considered, refined and softened to feel warm, natural and timeless.
